TRANSAIR
We are seeking an administrator to work within our friendly Customer Services team.
Candidates must be methodical and accurate, with a proven track record within an administrative role. Good keyboard skills are required, along with an eye for detail. Duties will include data entry, database update and other administrative tasks involving correspondence and customer liaison, so a good telephone manner is essential.
This is a full time position, Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. Competitive salary offered

UK Trade Sales / Southern Based (Part-Time)
This position would suit a Flight Instructor or PPL working on a part-time basis.You will be promoting Transair products, offering advice and with a fully equipped vehicle, providing an on-site delivery service to our southern-based corporate customers (flying schools and clubs).
Transair are Europe’s leading Pilots flight equipment supplier with over 20 years’ trading behind us. This position is an expansion to our mobile support service, due to increased demand from our customers.
We offer a competitive package in exchange for 2-3 days per week to suit.

Purpose of Job:
To provide technical support to our customers with both Hardware and Online Interface enquiries.
Skills:
Customer facing experience Telephone based Computer Hardware Networking, Microsoft Exchange & Small Business Server Experience
An understanding of basic electronics and DC Voltage systems would be useful. Basic Web Design, .ASP, HTML, MySQL (not essential)

Relationships:
Internally within the business : Development team, Invoicing and Admin, Operations Director, Operations Manager.
External, customer contacts, development partners and admin contacts, B2B and B2C.
Main Responsibilities
To maintain and support existing customers with technical enquiries. Report any bugs or issues with software in a timely fashion, monitor and reply to the customer. Effectively manage internal and external enquiries, produce regular progress reports for the management team. Use the Companies developed web based admin tools and Windows Based Applications to communicate with Hardware Modules.
To ensure the company development process is followed at all times. Keep records of meetings, files, information and such like in an organised manner. Assist with the preparation and compiling of weekly and monthly reports for all customers and ensure that customers are kept aware of any planned maintenance of the system. Record and manage customer requests for change (RFCs) and identify any areas for possible improvement and development. Recommend new opportunities, systems and processes and improvements in operations and implement those approved by the management team. All other duties commensurate with the position.
