The Airport Chaplaincy at Shoreham Airport is linked to the International Association of Civil Aviation Chaplains.
The Chaplaincy provides a whole range of pastoral care and also Post Incident Stress Councelling alongside other professional key workers.

The Airport Chaplain – Shoreham Airport
The Airport Chaplain understands his role as being to identify, understand and share in the issues that affect staff and passengers at the Airport and to reflect the concern of the church for people and for faith-based values in life and work, through that involvement.
Chaplaincy is offered to staff and passengers of any faith or none; To raise awareness of dignity for all people in their work To encourage understanding of mutual responsibility in the workplace To explore the relationship between life and faith ... and faith and life To provide a service which includes: support, care, and counselling for people who work here involvement with companies with regard to training and support for staff in the fulfilment of their duties services to passengers and other members of the public who come to the Airport an assurance that all matters are treated with total confidence and to be available in the event of an incident or accident at the airport to assist the aerodrome authority in dealing with sensitive issues arising with regard to relatives, friends and airport staff involved.
