Only SAR and humanitarian flights permitted between 2100 - 0700 hrs.
Operations only permitted between 0800 and 2000 on Sunday except SAR and humanitarian flights.
Early movements (staff attendance):
Arrivals: Charging based on initial ETA - 30 min
Departures: Charging based on initial ETD - 15 min
Late movements (staff attendance):
Arrivals: Charging is based on time of engine shutdown
Departures: Charging is based on ATD + 15 mins
